Following the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and Guidelines, VELVET EVENT DESIGN declares to be a company legally constituted under Mexican laws, with domicile located at Av. Luis Donaldo Colosio, Bodega 11, Supermanzana 309, Mza. 13, Lot 1A, 77500 Cancún , Q. Roo.

This Privacy Notice contemplates at all times the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility in the processing of personal data.

For what purposes will we use your Personal Data?

The Personal Data that we collect from you may be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the provision of our services and the development of our activities:

When can you exercise your ARCO Rights?

In terms of the Law, at any time the owner may submit a request to exercise his ARCO Rights. VELVET EVENT DESIGN must respond to the said request within twenty days following the date of receipt thereof. If after the period established by the Law, VELVET EVENT DESIGN does not respond to your request, then you may initiate the ARCO Rights protection procedure before the National Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (“INAI”).

How can you revoke your consent to the use of your Personal Data?

You can revoke the consent that, where applicable, you have given us for the processing of your Personal Data. However, you must keep in mind that not in all cases we will be able to respond to your request or terminate the use immediately since it is possible that due to some legal obligation, we may need to continue processing your Personal Data.

The aforementioned refusal may be partial, in which case VELVET EVENT DESIGN will carry out the access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition requested by the owner.
